  1. Mindfulness Sessions

Lisa hosts virtual mindfulness sessions to help employees increase resiliency, find balance and navigate difficult emotions.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 30-min virtual sessions: including Mindfulness + Meditation, Mindset Training and Q&A.

  • Mindset: After a 20 minute mediation, participants learn mindset tools to manage their mind and negative emotions, increase energy, confidence and more.

  • Q&A: Participants can ask questions or share challenges anonymously via Zoom and Lisa will address them with the group, so everyone can benefit.

  • We recommend weekly sessions, so employees can build habits.

  • Participants will receive an email with a summary of the tools discussed.

  • We offer to make the first session complimentary, upon request.
